Royal Seating warrants, for a period of five years from the date of shipment, the serviceability of our furniture for its intended purpose. We will make, free of charge, such replacements and repairs which are due to defects in construction, materials, or workmanship. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty, nor are defects caused by abuse, accident or improper assembly and installation.
